Stuck in a holding pattern.

We got up today to find out that Colorado's getting dumped on, with more snow forecasted for the whole week. We were supposed to be in Aspen right now, but canceled because they weren't getting snow and the forecast looked bad. As soon as we headed home, everything changed. I've decided that we're anti-snow gods. It looks like the PNW might get started up again, in which case we're ready to go as soon as it does. Fingers crossed. We're halfway done with winter and haven't gotten any usable footage. The pressure is building.

In other news, plans are formulating for the film tour and next season. Two words: Veggie Bus. We have eight months to make it happen.

A busy week on the road.

One week ago we left on a three week road-trip. We got home today. Plans change. We were supposed to travel to Vegas, then SLC, then on to the PNW where it was supposed to be snowing every day. Instead we got word that the snow had stopped. Damn. But the trip to SIA was worthwhile. I am now a sponsored athlete! I picked up a bunch of sponsors, and I'm stoked on all of them. The list: Goode skis and poles, Karbon clothes, VO gloves, Gregory packs, Down Under footbeds, FU-R hats, and hopefully goggles from someone. SLC on the other hand was less than stellar. Ski conditions were dismal. The inversion was disgusting. But, our accomodations were great and we got a few good scenery photos.

Finally, a new camera.

I have been without a camera since my old one took a long dive into a pothole. Thanks to a great xmas present from my Dad, I'm back in the game.
